The customised reports we get from Octavia form the basis for our weekly meetings and quarterly performance reviews, and I can see at a glance how people have been applying themselves on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. It even allows me to pinpoint at what stage of an individual recruiter's workflow process they are either having success or problems, which allows me as a manager to create and execute on a solution.
